'Lacus' Marble Statue

He was quite satisfied as he beheld Lacus, sculpted from the idol singer's once-living body into the gorgeous work of eternal yet inanimate marble before him.  There she was, on display for his eyes alone, seemingly oblivious to his appreciative stare or his touch as he carefully buffed her sleek marble curves.  And she, Lacus Clyne, would remain as his property, the statue Lacus, for the rest of his life.

He never realized that he had actually sculpted Lacus from the body of her imposter, Meer Campbell.  Yet while Meer could no longer think as Lacus, she wouldn't have terribly minded her position - being a statue of Lacus Clyne was far better than being insignificant Meer Campbell.  And this way, she would be known as Lacus forever, unless someone would come to realize what had happened to her and restore her to life.  Though seeing that Lacus' owner never noticed the discrepancy, then perhaps the original Lacus met a similar fate and now stands in another crazed fan's private gallery.
